What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and what you ordered.
- For items sent to Ghana: the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address.
- Messages you send us about an order.
- If you join the waitlist: your name, email and the interests you choose. Phone and city are optional.
- We do not see your card number. Stripe or Paystack handle payment.
Why we use it
- To process, ship, deliver and support your order.
- To keep accounting and tax records and to prevent fraud.
- If you joined the waitlist, to tell you when we open and about new arrivals.
We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our order database and photos.
- Stripe and Paystack process payments.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Our delivery team and carriers receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver.
Your information may be processed in the United States and in Ghana.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. If you place an order, your browser stores an order shortcut on your own device so My orders can find it. You can clear it with the Clear from this device button in the portal.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and disputes, normally up to seven years. We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. Write to us from your order in the portal. If you live in Ghana, you have rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Residents of some US states have similar rights.
Accounts
If you create an account we keep your name, email and a scrambled form of your password, never the password itself. You can delete the account yourself in the portal.
