Within the USA

• Items are held in stock in the USA and are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment.
• When we confirm your order we add the shipping charge, and sales tax where it applies. You see the full total before you pay.
• Every order ships with tracking. We email the tracking number and show it in your portal.
• Orders over about $100 are insured. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you.

Sent to Ghana

• Gifts and electronics are sent to a recipient you name. We ask for their name and phone number in Ghana.
• Our Accra team inspects the item and delivers it to the recipient. We will give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
• If import duty or VAT applies, we tell you before you pay. You are never asked for extra money after payment.
• The recipient may be asked to give the order code or show identification at handover. We record proof of delivery and show it on your order.

African wear from Ghana

Items we bring in from Ghana are shipped from our US stock like any other item. If an item is available to pre-order, the listing says so and gives an estimated date.

Address and delays

• Please check your delivery address before you request an item. We cannot change it once the parcel has shipped.
• Carrier delays, customs checks and holidays can slow delivery. We will tell you if your order is held up.
